Diby uses your email address and a one-time code — there is no password. Enter your email, tap Send code, then enter the six-digit code we email you. You can also continue with Apple or Google.

Give it a minute, then check your spam folder. Tap Resend code if it still hasn't arrived. Codes expire, so always use the most recent one. If nothing works, email us and we'll sign you in another way.

In the app, open your profile from the avatar in the top-right, then Edit Profile → Delete Account. This deactivates your account, your memberships and your personal workspace. Signing back in later restores everything as you left it — so if you want your data erased permanently instead, email dpo@kodelab.hr and we'll do that.

Yes. There's no self-serve export in the app yet, so email dpo@kodelab.hr from your account address and we'll send you everything we hold for your account.

Coaching plans can be purchased on the web at diby.io or directly in the iOS app as an in-app subscription through Apple. The app is free to download, and it's always free for athletes training with a coach. A plan bought on the web works in the app and vice versa — manage it wherever you bought it.

Install Diby, sign in with the email address your coach invited, and their workspace appears automatically. You do not need a paid plan to train with a coach.

The iPhone and iPad app requires iOS 26.1 or later. On an older device, use the web app at app.diby.io in any modern browser — it has the same coaching and training features. An Android app is in development.
